Jackie Knight is an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives . She works exclusively in the field of Child Law, with an emphasis on care proceedings initiated by the local authority. She has particular experience in handling cases of non-accidental injury (eg baby shaking). She has previously worked for a local authority and is therefore ideally equipped to represent parents who face applications by local authorities for their children to be taken into care.
Jackie also has experience of dealing with cases of child abduction. |
