After qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2003, Linda joined Lock and Marlborough in August 2007 from a Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire dealing predominantly with financial matters on marriage and relationship breakdown.
She is experienced in all aspects of family law work, including cohabitee disputes and finances on divorce and dissolution. Linda also has specialist knowledge of police pay structures and the pension scheme. You will find her confident and professional in her approach, but also sympathetic to your personal difficulties.
Linda is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and adheres to their code of conduct of dealing with matters in a non-confrontational way. However, should the need arise, Linda is more than capable of representing clients in the courts.
Some of Linda’s recent case successes include:
- Representing a Husband, a serving police officer in ancillary relief proceedings where he retained all of his occupational pension and 40% of the equity in the matrimonial home.
- Acting for a Wife in hostile divorce proceedings – wife retaining home for self and child plus inheritance.
Linda lives locally and has a nine year old son. She enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends.
