As a highly regarded law firm in West London, we are seeking a Property Solicitor with experience in Conveyancing to join us.
Areas to be covered would include -
Residential conveyancing, Freehold and Leasehold; Lease extensions; Remortgage; some Commercial; Transfer of equity and other property related matters.
Ability to deal with clients professional and friendly manner and ensure their understanding of the process with 3 to 5 years PQE.
Make efficient use of a secretary.
Microsoft Office essential; exposure to a practise management system preferred.
Have an excellent knowledge of Property law and ability to apply it to a variety of matters.
